Our Policies

• Moving bookings are not FULLY booked without completing this form and a $55 deposit is paid. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  
• The day of your booked moved you will be contacted by one of our representatives with your crew ETA
  
• All TVs must be packed in TV box to be loaded on our trucks (We have TV boxes available for purchase)
  
• We DO NOT handle or move any flammable products
  
• We have the right to collect full payment before completely unloading OUR truck(s)
  
• We will not move or handle small miscellaneous items that clearly can be packed in boxes or bags.
  
• Our crew are entitled to a lunch break and a 10 minute break on moves that are over 2 hours. Breaks will be documented and the time will be deducted from the overall time of the move.
  
• If you chose to opt of having our crew to wrap and protect your belongings, then a "Waiver of Liability" must be filled out and sign by customer and driver before the start of the move.
  
• If our crew dissemble any of your belongings we will put them back together. If we are only providing labor (loading or unloading only) then we will assist in re-assembling ONLY all hardware must be accounted for.
  
• If there are any damages or concerns, you must notify the crew and fill out a "Damage Report" or have it noted on the crew paper invoices at the end of your move.
  
• We are not responsible for any unprotected flooring
  
• Unity Professional Movers are not responsible for jewelry, money, or other valuables. Please make sure these items are in a safe place before the crew arrives

****We are NOT responsible for any particle wood damaged furniture that has been owned or purchased for up to 3 months. Particle wood can easily damage if any screws are loose and/or pieces are already cracked from wear and tear****
